Chef Truong was born in Vietnam and came to the U.S. when he was young. Since he was a kid, he’s loved to cook (and eat!) seafood, especially fish. A great beginning to becoming a sushi chef, to be sure. After years of experience slicing sashimi and rolling maki, he loves creating different kinds of sushi for people who love fish as much as he does.

Last time I ordered this, I shared it with a friend. It was great to have the whole thing to myself!

Royal fan of the Pan-Seared Salmon Rice Bowl. How about a Raw Salmon-Roe spin-off too? The dressing is divine. Only one compliant - without downgrading the five star rating - is that the Sushi rice is a bit too little for a main dish.

The quality of the sushi has been arising since last year. It melts as soon as it goes onto my tongue. I was away for a while so it's quite a nice surprise for now I am reacquainting myself with dishes from Chef Truong.

Absolutely delicious! This dish was light, refreshing and full of flavor. I will definitely order it again!

Make sure when this is delivered that it is handled with care. This is an amazing meal but if the wasabi is all over the fish before it arrives, well, let's just say I'd like to apply a lesser amount myself

Quality for maguro varies daily. Sort of chewy this time.

Pleasantly surprised with this dish. It was perfect. The fish was fresh, seasoning was not too much and the pickled radish gave it some texture along with the asparagus. Definitely would order again! Thanks.

Think something wrong with the salmon dish this time. Threw up everything right after. Think something in the dish might have been bad.

Rice gets hard with even overnight refrigeration; unpleasant to consume.

Again, the rice was hard and dried out. Also, since this dish is meant to be served at room temperature, it might be good to suggest putting the dish in microwave for 15 - 20 seconds.

I think the sushi was 1-2 days old because it had a fishy smell and was a little slimey

Pleasant surprise, salmon cooked perfectly, never had pickled radish before, looked like pineapple tome. Would have it more often if it was not so expensive and had less sodium.

Im sad to say that the fish seemed off in this dish that i have had twice and absolutely loved. I wound up throwing it out after one funky chunk.

Roe was bad - way too fishy

Needs more heating time for rice. Tastes better if sauce is put on right a way, everything heats together.

This is alway delicious when I remove over half the rice, the pickled veggie, and throw away the condiment (sauce) they give you and voila! Perfect!

This was fine, but I prefer the salmon bowl (my favorite dish). Too fishy for my taste and I wasn't crazy about the sauce.

The salmon is fresh the radish is crunchy the rice is cooked to perfection and the dressings pulls the tangy flavors together. Yum!

This was really delicious. I enjoyed the salmon with the rice and japanese pickles. It had a great flavor balance.

Wish the portion was larger, couldn't get enough of it. But why wasn't the ginger packed separately?

Great, 3rd time I have ordered it.A little more eel won't hurt, number inconsistent with each order.

Excellent only thing missing was a cup to mix wasabi and soy sauce. I would prefer low salt soy sauce

Taste varies. Not enough dressing, missing Asian seasonings. Waste of money. Not restaurant quality
