Add an Asian flavor influence into your evening with this Ahi Tuna Tataki. Seared and cut into pieces, this beautiful piece of fish has been completed with sesame-soy flavoring and the crunch of carrot, radish, and cucumber. Finished up with the spice of green onion and the creamy taste of avocado, the final dish is healthy and light, while hitting all those satisfying spots. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (a pan, a whisk, a tray, a cutting board, bowls, a peeler, a knife, salt, sugar, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this easy dinner for two.

This was quite good, however the little cucumber was frozen making it impossible to slice with peeler it was limp and a bit mushy. Avocado partially frozen as well. Never had that happen before?

Very delicious. The flavors come through without being overshadowed by the sauce. Excellent cuts of tuna.

The ahi leaked all over the boxes and the vegetables. The cucumbers were soft and rotten. Very upsetting as we spent over $70 on this!
