Inspired by the Italian antipasto plate, we converted this classic appetizer into a wonderful salad. Arugula and romaine serve as the base for a delicious combination of thinly-sliced sopressata, marinated mozzarella, pickled peppers, shaved fennel, olives, and oil-cured tomatoes. Everything is brought together with a tangy red wine vinaigrette.

Can't eat cheese so threw them out. Other than that, I enjoyed the salad

Good components but needed a Sharper vinaigrette. Mustard garlic oregano shallots.

Salad greens were wilted, not crisp and fresh greens ! , They seemed to have already been soft from being tossed w/ some kind of oil or dressing.
