Inspired by the Italian antipasto plate, we converted this classic appetizer into a wonderful salad. Arugula and romaine serve as the base for a delicious combination of thinly-sliced sopressata, marinated mozzarella, pickled peppers, shaved fennel, olives, and oil-cured tomatoes. Everything is brought together with a tangy red wine vinaigrette.
