Say hello to pecorino, your new favorite grating cheese. Pecorino is a lot like Parmesan, in that they’re both Italian, they’re both hard, aged cheeses, and they’re both outstanding over pasta dishes. The difference, though, is that pecorino is made from sheep milk, whereas Parmesan is made from cow milk. The sheep milk makes for a richer, more strongly flavored cheese with a wonderful flavor all its own.

Great taste and portions!

This was so tasty. I am only giving it 4 stars as it was supposed to come w Pecorino and it came w Parmesan, which was fine, but inconsistent. Still a totally delicious meal, will make again! EDIT: I almost forgot to mention the fresh noodles! MMMMMM

This was my first kit and my husband and I loved it. In fact I saved it for Saturday night instead of Friday night and it was fresh and just fine!
