Sometimes a bagel and some fruit just doesn't cut it in the morning. This meal is for when you're craving that traditional breakfast spread but don't have the time (or stove space) to pull it together. We dice our fluffy housemade pancakes and toss them with seared potatoes and Uli's Bacon Sausage. You read that correctly—not bacon, not sausage—bacon sausage! This wonderful concoction is served with caramelized onions, a sunny-side up egg, honey butter, and real maple syrup.

Felt and tasted like this dish was made from leftovers. Bread ("pancakes ") and overcooked potatoes, over cooked sausage and egg, undercooked onions. It was way too carb filled and didn't taste like anything went together. Least favorite breakfast
