We try not to mess with the classics. They've earned their place and we respect that. The only minor, teensie-weensie tweak that we've done is bake the drumettes instead of deep-frying them. The baking process uses less oil (a lot less, actually) and helps seal in those delicious, spicy flavors. Buffalo wings' favorite sidekicks: fresh carrot, celery, and bleu cheese sauce, are along for the ride to put those flames out. If you can't make it to happy hour, then crack open a cold one and order from us!
