Sweet, mild, and buttery, Barramundi sea bass is delicious on its own — but when seared with a zesty lemon crust, served over a delicate fennel nage, and garnished with red pepper-olive salsa, with the yum-factor is out of this world. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots / pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious, seafood dinner for two.

Your instructions state 1 teaspoon of salt per side of fish. I didn’t question it because I assumed you all knew what you were doing but, this was horrible. My husband and I had to throw it out and spend more money to go out to dinner.

Great flavors! Not very filling. Buy some artisan bread to soak up the broth.
