A moist boneless, skin-on chicken breast is pan-seared until golden brown and then roasted in the oven so it's cooked perfectly and remains super juicy. It's sliced and served over roasted red-skinned potato wedges with marinated artichokes, tender green beans, and sweet-wine braised onions. Our fresh basil pesto, made with salty Parmesan cheese and good-quality extra virgin olive oil, is served on the side.
