Large pieces of cod are oven-roasted with crushed coriander seeds and chopped basil, resulting in a moist and flaky fish with tons of flavor. It’s served with wilted winter greens, fresh grapefruit segments, and orzo pasta. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this heavenly dinner for two.

Lots going on with this one, you need 3 hands - would be perfect for couples cooking together. We managed to feed 3 adults and a child with this kit. It was one of our favorites!

Someone fluent in the English language should write these. The instructions called for ONE TABLESPOON of salt to add to the orzo water. Really? It's not one TSP? Finally, the cod was AWFUL, probably frozen and thawed a few cycles.

Cod was poor quality. We cooked it half the time the instructions called for, and it fused into a rock-hard lump we literally couldn't cut with a knife.

This meal was bad! Fish portions were not cut even so one shriveled up and was overdone. Nothing tasted good. This meal also seemed to have more going on than typical Munchery meals, which makes for longer cooking time and confusion.

The ingredients are good but do not taste good when mixed together. The fish arrived frozen and then tasted bad when heated. Slicing the grapefruit and prepping the other items (smashing the coriander seed, really?) took a lot of time.
2 Stars
The cod wasn't very good

Delicious but pretty challenging (much multitasking)
