Shrimp are cooked with lemon, basil, and a touch of chile for some kick. That’s served over rainbow pearl couscous, which absorbs some of the yummy flavors and is super fun to eat. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this fantastic dinner for two.

Excellent. But once again you forgot an ingredient - the basil. Is it really that hard to put eight little sacs in a box??

Liked the rainbow couscous...but ingredients missing the chili so wonder if overall taste would have been different and better.

Flavorful and the colors of couscous are fun.

Really great! Only issue is the instructions say to squeeze the lemon juice but there is no instruction on when/how to use. We used half in couscous and half on shrimp and was very good.

We loved it but using all the chiles in the meal made it way too hot. I suggest only using 3 chiles. Loved it otherwise.

Simplify recipe by adding shrimp to couscous when 2/3 soft. Use both vegetable broth packets at same time. Shrimp cooked when couscous is soft. Easy oeazy and good.
