The chicken was good, but I don't like the rice.

The skin was not browned on the chicken but overall it tasted pretty good. This was not a remarkable dish.

Chicken was pink in the middle and the whole meal was really bland. Tasted like it'd sat in the refrigerator for days. And what's the deal with the rice? Is that instant? No flavor at all.

The chicken was moist and flavorful, two thighs but very simple. The pepper sauce was in a separate container which was nice. There was a very small amount of white rice (maybe a half cup?) which was disappointing given the amount of tasty sauce.

The size of the chicken pieces in the picture are misleading. In reality the 2 pieces are much smaller. Otherwise, they taste really good. I would have given a 5 star but for the misleading picture.

Delicious! Thank you Chef Newman! I enjoyed reading your story too. A note to munchery team, would be interesting to know what the nutrition info would be minus the rice. I didn't have room for the basmati rice.

Kind of boring. I ended up stripping the chicken, combining with veggies, and adding some additional sauce.

The chicken thighs reheated moist but still remained raw closer to the bone, despite reheating 2 minutes beyond the recommended time at 350 degrees and that they weren't thick pieces. This dish didn't quite come together for me overall.

I was skeptical due to the "reheat" factor, even though I was familiar with Chef Newman from dining previously at Rubicon. After tasting the chicken I was immediately relieved. It was light for a tomato/pepper/onion dish and cooked perfectly. 5 stars
