We plate it atop a bed of brown rice along with radishes, tangy pickles, and local Brentwood Farms sweet corn, and leave it up to you to add our creamy coleslaw and cider vinegar to taste.

This sounded great but it wasn't very BBQ-ey and all the ingredients in combination were a bit strange.

A bit bland, more dressing might help

The incredibly tiny amount of dressing was almost too little to even matter. It really needed more. There was also very little​ actual BBQ sauce so the​ overall dish didn't really have that BBQ feel I thought it would. Great total size though!
