Barbecue pit-masters like to brag about how long they slow-roast their pork. Eight hours, ten hours, 12 hours, and so forth. You probably don't have time to tend to a smoker overnight, so let us handle the work for you. After an all-night roast, we hand-pull the pork and toss it with a tangy housemade barbecue sauce. All the usual fixins come on the side: bacon-baked beans, coleslaw, roasted corn (on the cob, of course), and some sliced bread for wiping that plate clean!

Fiance' likes this a lot as I have reported before. But we always throw away the bread. Cornbread would be sooooo much better. Also, this time the piece of corn was the tiniest little thing ever!

Meat was mostly fat

The Beans were great, the Pork was more fat than meat, and the BBQ sauce tasted straight out of a Kraft Foods bottle. The corn was mushy and the bread was not fresh.

Beans were just so so(dry) and that was the majority of the plate

The seasoning on the corn was a little acrid and discordant with the rest of the flavors, but otherwise this was delicious!

Slaw was ordinary except for fire and ice pickle garnish; need a blend with more pickles. Beans bland.

I was under the impression this was cornbread but it is not. The picture was very misleading
