Red and golden beets are slow-roasted to develop a deep, earthy flavor that works nicely with the fresh spinach, crunchy toasted almonds, and salty gorgonzola. Served with a roasted beet-sherry vinaigrette for you to drizzle on as you like. Enjoy!

This salad was delicious and big enough for two of us to share before our entrees

Yum, fresh and delicious, inspired salad ingredients.

Wilted and rotten spinach, mushy beets, dried-out pomegranate seeds. Simply inedible.

Delicious! Especially the dressing!

I love this salad. It was seriously good. Not enough gogonzola though or pomegranate seeds -- but otherwise was really, really good. I enjoyed it a lot!

not a TRACE of an almond..... the red beets were properly cooked....the yellow ones were hard as rocks.... sloppy work by the cook.

Really good and large enough to split as an appetizer.

One of the tastiest salads I've ever had.

Loved the combination and the dressing

This salad was good but only complaint is that there was bleu cheese on my salad, not gorgonzola. I am not a huge fan of bleu cheese but the rest of the salad was tasty.

Great additions to a standard spinach/beet/blue cheese salad. But I really didn't like the dressing (and it spilled) - I'm not a fan of truffle flavored anything.

Holy crap, can I give this salad 75 stars? I love me a blue cheese, beet salad but this was so much more than the average take on this classic. The hint of truffle, the abundance of perfectly roasted beets, the burst of pomegranate. WOW.
