not a TRACE of an almond..... the red beets were properly cooked....the yellow ones were hard as rocks.... sloppy work by the cook.

This salad was good but only complaint is that there was bleu cheese on my salad, not gorgonzola. I am not a huge fan of bleu cheese but the rest of the salad was tasty.

Great additions to a standard spinach/beet/blue cheese salad. But I really didn't like the dressing (and it spilled) - I'm not a fan of truffle flavored anything.

Holy crap, can I give this salad 75 stars? I love me a blue cheese, beet salad but this was so much more than the average take on this classic. The hint of truffle, the abundance of perfectly roasted beets, the burst of pomegranate. WOW.
