A fresh local fluke fillet is dipped in classic blackening spices and seared on our plancha (flat grill). It's paired with a tomato, garlic, and thyme stew served with coconut-scented smashed pumpkin. A round of scallion butter finishes the whole thing off. Enjoy!

The fish was pretty good though nothing special but the star of this plate was the smashed pumpkin. I might've licked it clean!
