Simple searing lets the clean taste of seabass/branzino shine through. We serve it with a Mediterranean-style couscous salad full of olives, golden raisins, red peppers, and capers. The chunky tomato vinaigrette that comes on the side is as good on the fish as it is on the salad.

Vinaigrette (optional)

Delicious. Each bite of the Branzino and Cous Cous were great. I'd order this every time it appears.

Munchery has made me a fan of Branzino which I had never heard of. When it's seared and has a nice side dish, I order it. A nice fish alternative.
