We added a little class to the classic BLT. The basic toast was swapped out for a ciabatta roll. A sunny-side-up egg, slice of provolone, and basil aioli add alternate layers of flavor.

Really great value. Great basil aioli (though it doesn't look like the aioli in the picture). The bacon is high quality and tasty. I would not recommend microwaving the egg and cheese for 1.5-2min as suggested. The bacon yes, but not the egg.

Fabulous! Since I do not tolerate cow milk protein I exchange the cow milk cheese for goat milk Midnight Moon cheese (on my own) and I cannot get enough of these BLT's!!!
