Hard as rocks. I'm a fan of Brussels sprouts, but neither I nor more my sister-in-law could ea these. Maybe just longer cooking required........I'll pass.

Tasty but has to be eaten within 12 hours or the sprouts start going bad. That often happens with whole or halved Brussels Sprouts because the leaves hold so much water. That's why I hash and saute my sprouts when I make them at home.
