Bucatini pasta is fun! It’s like fat spaghetti with a straw-like hole in the center, so it’s great for soaking up sauces. This sauce highlights yummy green garlic and Parmesan cheese—it’s so simple it’s perfect. On the side comes an arugula salad dressed in lemon juice and olive oil. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious Italian dinner for two.

I had to add pasta as there would not have been any for me after my husband dug in. Also was a little on the bland side. I added garlic and pepper flakes

There were no chili flakes or green garlic.

Terrible instructions. It doesn't even say you're making 2 different dishes until the very end. It never even says what to do with the scallions

Wasn't fond of the thick pasta. Also too spicy for my taste.

Fantastic. Although I added the arugula and lemon to the pasta.
