Tender coulotte steaks are marinated overnight in Asian pear and soy. The acids in the pear tenderize the meat and impart its natural fruity, sweet flavor. The steaks are grilled and basted with gochujang, the fiery Korean chili paste, then sliced thin. Carrot, daikon radish, and fresh red peppers are provided so you can build your wraps as you like. Kimchi-marinated cucumbers add a sour tang, and a side of Korean-inspired hot-sauce delivers an extra kick.
