Cacio e Pepe

parmesan cheese, pasta, black pepper
4.1 stars
(69 reviews)
We adore simple when it's delicious, as in this classic Roman pasta called Cacio e Pepe (cheese and pepper). Spaghetti pasta is cooked until al dente and then it's topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and large pieces of ground black pepper. Get ready to twirl your fork!

I should've realized warming up pasta in a oven wasn't going to be that great -- it wasn't.

taste is really good but sauce separates when you heat in oven. it'd probably better to be able to boil noodles yourself and fold in sauce to heat.

Taste is good but portion was small for the price
