I like to cook this 3/4 of the way, then cut the corn off the cob, back in the micro for 30 secs with the sauce on top. Soo good.

The corn itself is good, but there's too much going on with this dish. It comes absolutely slathered in one creamy sauce, then there's another creamy sauce to dip it into? Let's keep it simple so I can taste the actual corn, please!

This dish is marvelous, but here's the catch: not for microwave. Instruction says sauce the corn first. But the sauce became broken due to heat, which is a pity bc the corn is grilled to perfection and coconut flakes go so well together with corn

Tasty, but the thought of slathering an ear of corn with a mayonnaise like hot sauce seems to obscure the beauty of a grilled cob.
