Loved it! Turned this into a wonderful main course stew for two simply by cutting up the potatoes and then adding some sliced carrot, green onion, chicken thigh meat, and vegetable broth. Goes great with bread and beer too!

This is very good, but was much spicier than I expected. I had to eat it very slowly with a lot of water. If the spice was toned down just a smidge, it'd be purrrfect.
