We take cauliflower crumble and roast it with chorizo spices. We might even trick the pork lovers out there its so delicious. We serve this with brown rice, fajita style vegetables, garlic laced pinto beans and ooey gooey oaxaca cheese! On the side we are giving you some of our smokey, spicy fire roasted salsa and a lime wedge for some brightness.

It tasted good, and the portion was great, but needed a smidge of salt. And I think the lime and salsa took away from the dish. The salsa was too smoky

I've tried many meals from Munchery and this will go on the pile of "do not eat again." I was missing the bell peppers from my dish and the dish itself tasted bitter. I also didn't like the sauce on the side. It lacked flavor.
