We’re combining cheese from producers along the California coast with handcrafted charcuterie from Fra’ Mani Meats in Berkeley, CA in this artisan platter for two. A delightful spread of fig jam, cornichon, mixed olives, whole-grain mustard, focaccia-style crackers, and sliced sourdough from Panorama Bakery accompanies these local delicacies. Our two featured cheeses: Bermuda Triangle—tart, tangy, with a hint of pepper, this triangular cheese from Cypress Grove pairs well with the fig jam. Carmody Cheese—buttery, rich flavor and naturally golden hue from the Jersey cow’s milk at Bellwether Farms. Our two featured meats: Spicy Uncured Capicollo—hand-trimmed boneless pork shoulder with delightful fragrance and smooth flavor. Sopressata—moist, full-flavored, and scented with clove to model the sopressa vicentina in Northern Italy.

The crackers are a little too ... airy? I think flat crackers would work much better.
