Broccoli was REALLY crunchy, even after reheating. Needed quite a bit more cook time. Cheese sauce stayed gloppy, never melted.

As I am trying to eat healthy, I thought to give this a go, even though broccoli is not my favorite. Glad I did - broccoli was al dente, cheddar sauce was light & not overpowering and crispy shallots was yummy! This is a keeper and future side dish.

I appreciate that I was able to leave off the cheese. It probably would have tasted better with the cheese, but I am not supposed to have it. The shallots were a very nice addition!
