Everyone loves chicken noodle soup when the time is right. And ours is perfect for cold nights or when you’re fighting a sniffle. In addition to large chunks of chicken, noodles, and celery and carrots, we add chopped kale leaves for a bit of rustic texture and additional good-for-you oomph! All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this ultimate comfort-food dinner for two.

This meal is simple, tasty, and healthy. I added more veggies and broth and a ton of Himalayan pink salt, because it was a bit bland.
