Fettuccini alfredo gets an elegant make-over thanks to the addition of artichokes, oven-wilted tomatoes, and crispy pancetta. It’s all tossed in our creamy, house-made alfredo sauce so all that’s needed is a touch of Parmesan cheese and maybe a bit of black pepper, and it’s done. We give you all the ingredients and easy-to-follow directions for you to make this in the comfort of your own kitchen so it’s as fresh and exactly how you like it. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

What People Are Saying

Very rich and decadent - but I wanted about twice the amount of cherry tomatoes.
3 Stars
The Alfredo sauce was really bland and not enough artichokes. Everything else was great. Maybe leave out the artichokes instead of putting an unequal portion.

Meh...Just ok.

Sauce was good but pork was rotten.

More tomatoes, no prosciutto. Too much meat, not enough veggies

On the instructions sheet, the highlighted ingredient was oven-roasted tomatoes. However, below the title was only text about pancetta, no instructions for the tomatoes. Luckily my husband knows how to cook but a novice cook may be lost.

The pancetta was rotten.

Not terribly impressed; boring and blah flavors
5 Stars
This was very good. The artichokes go very well with the alfredo sauce. I also enjoyed the roasted tomato, but would have liked to have a few more of them. The freshness from the tomato and the fresh herbs helped cut the richness of the sauce.

Fast and easy, Dinner was delicious. Great flavor combination. Unfortunately my home has slightly bigger appetites and size was a tad small for hubby especially but myself as well and I generally have a normal expectancy of portions.

Needed more sauce

We both liked this meal, but we didn't love it. The noodles, alfredo sauce, pancetta...everything alone was pretty amazing, but it didn't quite come together. Not enough alfredo sauce included, which could be the culprit. Nobody likes dry pasta!

Dish was extremely bland. The chicken did not have any flavor. I was very excited and looking forward to my first Munchery cooking kit, but was disappointed.

Really good and great portion

Takes longer than 15 min and is in three parts, which could be more clearly grouped. Like when to add in the tomatoes.
5 Stars
A great, easy to follow cooking kit. You'll need to have olive oil, just in case your oil of preference is something else. The artichoke and grilled cherry tomatoes really help make the dish shine.

I liked the idea but the amout of sauce was pitiful, I'm a light sauce person, but the amount given was no where near enough. I've tried the kids version of this and it was much better probably because the sauce ratio was good.
