The tropical flavors make this salad a cool and refreshing option any time of year. Strips of red & yellow peppers, sweet mangoes, cherry tomatoes and shaved red onion are tossed with salanova lettuce in a vibrant passion fruit dressing. Chili pistachios lend some welcome heat to the dish and it is finished with a grilled chicken breast.

Slightly disappointed with this salad since the Shrimp Aji salad is so good. The chicken was a bit dry and needed more flavor/seasoning considering its size (generous portion). The chili pistachios were awesome.

Solid salad. It will be even better when cherry tomatoes are back in season. They will a little disappointing but the rest was perfect.

Light, crisp and healthy dish. The salad was refreshingly fresh. The chicken could use some more seasoning for added flavor.

Not crazy about the dressing - watery tasting and lacking in flavor. Otherwise the salad was fresh but not very interesting.

Chicken tasted like teriyaki-esqe. Nuts also had a very strong spice taste, that I wouldnt associate with a carribean salad.
