Tender chunks of boneless chicken get bathed in a piquant curry sauce fragrant with tomato, coriander, turmeric, onion, and a twang of chile over a bed of sesame-and-pea-speckled rice. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, water, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious Indian meal for two. Munchery sources poultry raised without antibiotics—it’s better for the birds and it’s better for you. We’re excited to feature poultry from Mary’s Chickens in this dish.

This is probably my favorite dish so far! Delish and healthy. Please make this a regular offering!! One note: The rice seems to be of the "instant" variety (we don't have a microwave) but we made it work (and it tasted fine!)
