Delicious! Chicken was sooo tender. Flavors great! But what did you do to the apples? All mushy and yucky!

Overall this is a good meal (and I may be the only picky one with regards to this) but the chicken in my salad was leftover scraps. Like the hard and grizzly pieces with tendon and marrow scraped off of parts generally left for stock.
