The spice and tang of harissa makes this sizzling, skewered chicken fly. Charred onions and peppers, along with sweet, juicy tomato lay on a bed of lemony, herbaceous couscous. An extra squeeze of lemon juice gives this colorful plate a final lift. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

Kebabs on the stove top aren't so great. Would be better as a "stir fry" type prep. The cous cous was good, and overall flavor was good - just not a fan of the mini-kebabs - will just ignore those for the future.

Took over 30 minutes to make. Should put chicken and veg on skewers for customers!

I had a hard time cooking the chicken all the way through on the skewer.

Excellent meal however there is no way you can cook it in 15 minutes with all the necessary veggie prep.

I thought the food itself was very good, but it was so time consuming to prepare. It said 15 minutes, but by the time I chopped vegetables and cooked everything it was more like 40+ minutes.
