Let’s be honest; any dish is better with a side of fries. That’s the logic behind Lomo Saltado, one of Peru’s most popular dishes, a traditional — if eclectic — combination of stir-fry, rice, and french fries. Our version is made by stir-frying chicken with ponzu sauce, onions, and tomatoes, plating it over rice, and topping the lot with tasty potato wedges and a delicious dollop of serrano crema. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

This was the best I've had from Munchery and I order something every week. Please don't take it away. You seem to have the same Asian cooking kits every week, but this one only lasted a few weeks. Bring it back!

I liked it but hubby not so much.

It's alright. Tastes just like a chicken tomato stir fry (Chinese) as opposed to the actual Peruvian dish.
