Lay out the red-checkered tablecloth for this classic! A boneless, skinless piece of chicken breast is seared then placed atop a bed of potato gnocchi tossed in a simple marinara. Broccolini roasted with garlic oil is served on the side. The final touch is a bright and tangy pan-sauce made from capers, lemon, and fresh parsley. The sauce cascades over the chicken and offsets the other flavors perfectly.

Unfortunately it was way too spicy for me to eat. The broccolini and chicken were roasted with red pepper. I scraped off the chicken skin (and flavor) but the broccolini was unsalvageable. Too bad, as I really like piccata.
