Farro is stirred into a silky “risotto” flavored with garlic, basil, lemon, and Parmesan, then tossed with peppery arugula. Tender chunks of chicken breast, sweet tomatoes, and sunny yellow corn add color. Toasted walnuts add crunch. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two. The chicken bag had condensation on it which drenched the box witch put a hole in the bag and I did not know and put it on my dining table and created a big mess.
