What People Are Saying

Directions left out instructions for lemon grass, garlic and ginger. Udon noodles were cooked exactly as directed and they were dry and terrible. We had to throw the noodles in the garbage disposal. Red pepper had a soft/rotten area.

Noodles came raw but instructions suggested they were already cooked and didn't need to be boiled before stir frying. Messed up the dish. Customer service already helped us out, just reporting again here because it asked for my review :)

Very salty

Something was wrong here. The noodles were pasty and sauce too salty. Inedible and mostly in the garbage.

not good. Noodles almost inedible. Shrimp and veggies fine.

The shrimp were fantastic and the sauce was yummy; however, the noodles were terrible. I followed the instructions provided and tried a noodle after the suggested time on the card, but they were chewy/undercooked. I cooked a bit longer (the same).

The instructions were confusing- the ginger and lemon grass are in big chunks and it doesn't say to chop/grate them. I added them whole but this wasn't effective. And the noodles were SO tough they were hard to eat. The shrimp were good, thats it

Don't use all the soy sauce -- it makes this dish far too salty.

The noodles have changed, I followed the instructions but the noodles weren't cook probably. They tasted raw doughy and rubbery. It's a shame because I've really enjoyed this in the past.

I don't know if I received the wrong sauce that came with this dish, but it was just soy sauce. The dish was so salty (they were swimming in soy sauce) they were inedible. I cooked the noodles per instruct and they were hard on outside, raw inside.

The noodles didn't cook as well as they should have. They were very doughy

Extremely salty - was not expecting that

Recipe: 1.) no heat! Should add chilis at step 2, with the hot oil, not at end. 2.) maybe we should blanch the noodles before frying -- they were too chewy. Taste: noodles too salty
3 Stars
Noodles were too chewy

The noodles, when cooked to the directions, remained hard and very chewy -- basically inedible. Too bad because the flavor of the shrimp was delicious.
3 Stars
The meal was too salty. With less salt, it would be flavorful and delicious!
4 Stars
This is pretty good, but not as good as when offered originally. Suggest adding your own garlic.
3 Stars
Boring - needs herbs
4 Stars
Noodles & shrimp were good, the sauce was not very flavorful.

Has this recipe changed? Did not seem as spicy/garlicky as with prior orders

This was an excellent dish! However, ironically my box didn't have any garlic! And it took way more than 15 minutes to cook. Lastly, I wish the instructions had included how to cook and eat the lemongrass.
