We love pork country ribs because they're great for a variety of braising methods. The vibrant and tangy flavors of tomatillo, green chili, lime, and cilantro infuse themselves into the pork during the long cooking process resulting in meat thats fork-tender, juicy,and delicious. Fluffy white rice is served on the side along with black beans simmered with tomato and corn. The smokey and creamy notes of the beans compliment the sauce perfectly.
