I'm not sure if it's me, or it was the soup... The consistency doesn't bother me as it clearly stated that it is made from nuts etc. It's the after taste. It's...strange. Not pistachio, not coconut, not melon. It tastes kind of sour/spoiled. Odd.

Taste was alright but gritty texture was a little strange with a cold soup.
