Very good, but needed a little kick (sriracha drizzle, crushed red pepper). Salmon was mild and perfectly cooked. Really complemented the seaweed and soba.

Needs more seaweed salad. Different sauce would be great. It was good just wish there was more seaweed.

Really good, but the salmon was a tad overcooked. I think a little furikake with this would be nice.
