Chirashi is all the ingredients and flavors of classic sushi but served in a bowl. Ours is made with mix of fresh raw salmon, albacore tuna, yellowfin tuna, and fish roe, served on steamed sushi rice. It’s finished with furikake, a Japanese seasoning made of seaweed and toasted sesame seeds. A generous side of soy-mirin dressing, wasabi paste, and pickled ginger is served on the side.
