It's now an established fact that bacon makes everything better. Chocolate seems to have pretty cosmic powers too. These two deserve each other. Thus, I give you Choinklate. Premium applewood bacon is baked with a maple brown sugar glaze and then coated with a layer of Valrhona 70% Guanaja chocolate - a dark and brooding bean that is the yin to maple-y bacon's yang. A sprinkling of fleur de sel seals the deal. A snack that pairs well with Netflix nights. Or breakfast. I'm not here to judge.
