This salad is decent and the chopped vegetables were fresh and crisp but balsamic vinegar dressing is better when it's not creamy. Would like a higher ratio of lettuce greens as there was very little kale and lettuce.

I added cubes of tofu and cheese and chopped some roasted roasted almonds and made a great dinner.

Loved this! Great blend of goodies in the salad. Would have like to have a few more veggies in there to pair with the beets, carrots and kale. Maybe some kind of cheese crumbles on the side? Dressing was great!

Yikes -- a big, hard hunk of a lettuce stem! I wasn't paying attention, forked it up, took a bite, and... YEOWZA - almost cracked a tooth! Tasty salad and dressing, but hardly any chickpeas and I'm still starving. Even vegans need some protein. ;)

Should have been more. It wasnt very filling, more protein is needed. Maybe something other then sunflower seeds. Almonds and either lentils or quinoa would be more substantial

Very healthy, nice flavors, beautiful colors. Could have used a bit more dressing. But - very hard to eat: all those crunchy jullienned veggies, garbanzos, and sunflower seeds won't stay on the fork. Unlikely to order again.
