Plump shrimp are cooked with sesame seeds and topped with a sauce of tart grapefruit supremes, bright lemon, earthy baby leeks, and just a bit of jalapeño (you decide how much) to add a gentle kick. It’s all served with steamed Wheatberries & Barley and a handful of fresh mustard greens. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this spectacular dinner for two.

Too bitter

Original sauce was much too sour for my husband, so I added ~tbs of sugar to the sauce and it was greatly improved and delicious.

Taste was bitter and inedible. Ate the shrimp and threw the rest away.

Supposed to have 2 lemons but only came with 1 lemon.. Had to use something else to make more juice. This is second time missing an item from the box. Fortunately, this dish was so yummy in the end.
5 Stars
