Corny Paprika Shrimp

First we take white tiger shrimp and coat them with our house-made spice rub featuring Spanish smoked paprika, then we roast them in a super hot oven to bring out the flavor. We pair these with sweet corn kernels quickly sauted with both sweet red bell and poblano peppers, and add a bit of lime and cilantro, plus tender salad greens. Bingo! On the side: citrus vinaigrette.
