Juicy, roasted prawns are set atop a bed of fluffy white rice. The rich etouffée sauce, which starts as a blond roux with shellfish stock, peppers, onion, and tomato added, is the perfect blanket of flavor. The sauce is nicely contrasted by the garnish of fresh cherry tomato and green onion.

What People Are Saying

2 Stars
I had high expectations for this dish and maybe that’s why I was disappointed. I can actually taste that the shrimp is not very fresh (probably previous frozen) and the sauce is just not strong enough to mask it. The instructions are not clear.
4 Stars
I heeded other reviewers warnings and added about 8 ounces of sautéed onion, peppers and mushrooms, and about a teaspoon of Tabasco sauce. That brought it up to 5 stars, but maybe Munchery should do that, not me.
3 Stars
Could have been better seasoned and spicier

Rice was over cooked, the dish would’ve been better with more vegetables.
