Boneless, skinless chicken breast is marinated in Madras curry-spiked yogurt and then grilled until charred but still juicy. It's sliced into large chunks and served over a salad made with chopped kale, red cabbage, slivered carrots, green peas, and plump golden raisins. More of that same yummy marinade comes on the side to use as a dressing.
