Salmon is seared and then simmered in a rich coconut curry sauce with green beans and a squeeze of lime for zing. You’ll spoon it over steamed rice and finish it with crispy fried shallots (yum!) and cilantro leaves. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this elegant dinner for two.

Not enough protein

Easy to make, salmon was excellent quality. Our *only* wish is that the level of heat in the curry could be an option. Like order a mild curry as a pref. I used less paste, but then it lacked some flavor. Still - - delicious.

My husband wasn't exactly excited about this dish. He licked the bowl clean! With only half the curry paste it was perfect for me and still spicy enough for my husband. What a fantastic dish! Thank you!
