A duck leg from Mary’s is seasoned with orange zest, fennel, and coriander and then slowly braised for fall-off-the-bone tenderness. It’s served with steamed Lundberg wild rice blend and sautéed Swiss chard with shallots. Our version of the classic French à l’orange sauce comes on the side and is meant to be drizzled over the whole thing. Bon appétit!

Texture of the duck was unappetizing

The sauce, rice and vegetables were all good, but the duck was awful--tough and tasteless. Would not re-order.

4 Stars
Duck was nicely done. Rice and Swiss chard were good. Sauce needs to be tastier to blend better with the duck flavor.
3 Stars
Hardly any duck. Vegetable a garnish rather then a serving. Taste good.
5 Stars
Delicious, tender duck. Loved the swiss chard. Liked the wild rice although it was a bit undercooked because but I didn't want the duck dry from overwarming. Next time I can take the chicken out while increasing heating time for the rice.
4 Stars
I thought this was really good, but the meat portion was too small for me.
5 Stars
I order this whenever it is on the menu.
3 Stars
I've ordered this dish several times and have been pleased with it but this last time one of the orders was overcooked and the other had too much salt so I had to remove the skin completely.
3 Stars
It was pretty good, but way too many calories for a small to average sized dish. Maybe it's from the duck? Anyhow- 900 calories is way too steep for a small piece of duck, wild rice and chard. Check the labels if you're watching calories!
5 Stars
Delicious!
5 Stars
Really good I like it
4 Stars
Meal contained less Swiss chard that previous orders. The duck was dry. Sauce was tasty.
3 Stars
I evidently don't like duck. But it was the only gluten free option.
2 Stars
Parts were tough. Flavor was lacking.
4 Stars
This time, the duck was a tad dry. Otherwise, the meal was tasty and very satisfying.
3 Stars
I hoped for more from this new item. I liked the wild rice blend and the chard, also the orange sauce. But the duck was not as tender as it should have been. Needed more roasting to come off the bone easily. And the skin was not crisp.
3 Stars
Didn't like the choice of sides
5 Stars
Delicious, tender duck. Loved the swiss chard. Liked the wild rice although it was undercooked, but I didn't want the duck dry from overwarming. With only one leg piece, we should have more chard, considering $4 for delivery + tip asked besides.
5 Stars
Tasty, delicious, filling.
4 Stars
Smallish. Was there a thigh on that leg? Still a thick layer of fat under the delicious skin. Excellent flavor and succulent
5 Stars
Loved everything. Keep this on the menu.

5 Stars
I haven't reviewed an item in forever, but I am SO motivated by last night's dinner. The Duck a l'Orange was amazing. The sauce, OMG. The duck, the swiss chard, the rice, all cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. YUM. Keep on the menu, please!
3 Stars
The sides that come with this are far too boring. The rice should at least be cooked with white wine and chicken broth, have some herbs de Provence mixed in, SOMETHING!!!
4 Stars
Duck tasted really good and the mixture of the sauce was an added bonus!
5 Stars
PUH-LEASE bring this back! Wonderful.
4 Stars
Nice meaty hunk of duck, but only a smidgen of chard, maybe a tablespoon's worth. That orange sauce is the bees knees.
5 Stars
Tasty dish with complex flavors. Duck was cooked tender and moist on the inside. Would order again
